Johnson Controls | User Experience Suite

Dynamic provided the HVAC design for Johnson Controls to repurpose a portion of their downtown office to support the User Experience group, who are dedicated to understanding and improving the overall usability of the Johnson Controls products. 

The new suite created a combination of private offices, open offices, and conference rooms for the team.  The existing ductwork was modified as the ceiling was transitioned from a lay-in to an exposed layout in the open office space requiring close coordination with the existing concrete structure and columns.  The space was outfitted with new DDC VAV boxes with hot water reheat from an existing air handling unit.
